Requirements

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in capital project management, construction management, or large scale renovation projects
  • Formal Project Management training or certification, PMP, P Eng, CET, LEED, or similar professional designation
  • Proven experience delivering projects in multi residential or other occupied buildings
  • Strong financial and project controls skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with significant budgets
