Technician

• Responding to routine and urgent maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner
• Performing general maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to building systems, suites, and common areas
• Support the ongoing upkeep and safe operation of property amenities, fixtures, and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and repairs
• Assist with seasonal property operations, including snow removal
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe
• Work collaboratively with site staff, management, and external vendors as required
• Adhere to all workplace health & safety policies and report safety hazards to management

Maintenance Technician

General

• Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in person
• Build rapport with prospective residents and understand their needs
• Conduct engaging tours reflecting strong product knowledge
• Guide residents through the leasing process from interaction to move-in
• Maintain records in CRM and property management systems
• Collaborate with Operations and Leasing Coordinators
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights

Leasing Specialist

• Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in person channels with professionalism and urgency.
• Build meaningful rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs, and recommend options from CLV’s diverse portfolio.
• Conduct engaging in person and virtual tours that reflect strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
• Guide future residents through the full leasing process, from first interaction to move in.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and property management systems while collaborating closely with Operations and Leasing Coordinators.
• Study our communities, competitors, and resident trends to understand what drives demand and differentiates CLV in the Canadian market.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide timely insights.
