• Own full cycle accounting and financial reporting for an assigned property portfolio
• Prepare quarterly and annual income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Lead month end and year end close processes including review of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and amortization schedules
• Maintain and monitor the general ledger and chart of accounts
• Prepare and review working papers that meet audit ready standards
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and capital plans
• Oversee property tax filings and recoveries
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable accounting standards
• Partner with property management teams to translate financial results into practical insights
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Analyze trends in operating performance

• Respond to leasing inquiries via various channels
• Build rapport with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process

• Support the successful leasing and day to day operations of a portfolio of properties during peak leasing season
• Provide information to current and future residents using exceptional customer care skills
• Conduct property viewings
• Accept rental applications for review and processing
• Provide necessary and proactive administrative support to ensure efficient processing of applications
• Maintain regular contact with the resident community to ensure complete follow up and resolution
• Organize and participate in Resident Community Events
• Inspect suites to ensure quality standards are continuously achieved
• Use internal systems to collect, record and track activities from clients
