About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responding to routine and urgent maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner
Performing general maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to building systems, suites, and common areas
Support the ongoing upkeep and safe operation of property amenities, fixtures, and equipment
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and repairs
Assist with seasonal property operations, including snow removal
Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe
Work collaboratively with site staff, management, and external vendors as required
Adhere to all workplace health & safety policies and report safety hazards to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge and professional experience in a wide variety of residential maintenance and light renovation tasks
General understanding of residential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and heating systems
Experience in performing basic appliance and fixture repairs is considered a strong asset
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
Valid, class G driver’s license, access to personal vehicle, and clean drivers abstract
Must have tools necessary to complete basic maintenance tasks.
