About the role

  • Optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance operations and increase supply chain efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on operations and customer supply chain requirements.
  • Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to drive growth.
  • Assist in developing joint business plans with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and support projects aimed at improving performance and building capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or 8-10 years of related experience.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Supply Chain Manager or Customer Operations Manager required.
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving KPI targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • End to end Supply Chain knowledge and experience highly desirable.
