About the role
- Creates demand in-store, by developing marketing strategies and programs that will influence shopper behavior and stimulate Category/store demand.
- Partners with the Customer and Field Teams to develop and deliver integrated Customer Business Plan based on strong shopper insights.
- Ensures strategic alignment between Consumer, shoppers, customer and Clorox objectives.
- Engage our People as Business Owners Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate.
- Lead innovative marketing ideas and generate business results.
Requirements
- Typically requires 3-5 years of CPG Shopper Marketing or Customer Marketing (at top tier CPG company or Agency) and/or 6-8+ years of Consumer Products Sales experience
- Previous experience with interpreting shopper data to develop business strategies.
- Strong Marketing, Consumer and Shopper knowledge.
- Consultative/Solution selling.
- Business Planning and Insights.
- Strong understanding of Retail Media ecosystems.
