About the role

  • Develop and deploy a cross-channel business plan for the assigned Category and/or Brand
  • Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members
  • Drive the Business: Owns cross channel Business Plan for Category or Brand
  • Customer and Category Planning: Recommends integrated customer plan
  • Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: deploy tools, processes, resources

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CPG experience
  • Clorox internal (Sales Planning) or equivalent experience
  • Strong Category knowledge
  • Consultative/Solution selling
  • Category Business Planning and Insights (Diamond Planning process)
