About the role
- Develop and deploy a cross-channel business plan for the assigned Category and/or Brand
- Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members
- Drive the Business: Owns cross channel Business Plan for Category or Brand
- Customer and Category Planning: Recommends integrated customer plan
- Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: deploy tools, processes, resources
Requirements
- 5+ years of CPG experience
- Clorox internal (Sales Planning) or equivalent experience
- Strong Category knowledge
- Consultative/Solution selling
- Category Business Planning and Insights (Diamond Planning process)
