About the role
- Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate
- Owns Customer Business Plan for Kingsford & Brita Brands
- Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned Category/Brand
- Develops/improves appropriate tools, processes, resources to support Kingsford/Brita organization
- Communicate findings with wide variety of stakeholders including sales planning teams, retailer contacts internal BU functions, field sales/ customer teams, and Clorox leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of CPG experience with strong expertise in customer insights, consultative selling, and business planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of developing talent and mentoring team members
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including content creation and delivery
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with an enterprise mindset
- Ability to travel up to 25%, based on customer engagement
