• The Intern will work with various teams to have a well-rounded view of O&T administrations responsibilities
• Over the course of the 8-week program, interns will have the opportunity to learn about the payments industry, as well as the role of TCH in the industry, and the platforms, technologies and applications developed and supported by O&T
• Each intern is assigned a hands-on project, which culminates in a presentation to O&T senior leadership

Operations & Technology Administration Internship

Platform Engineer

• Learn about the payments industry and the role of TCH in the industry
• Work within core O&T departments on hands-on projects
• Culminate learning with a presentation to O&T senior leadership
• Collaborate with team members and business units
• Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) efforts

Platform Engineering Intern

• Focus primarily on our Platform Engineering & Innovation team
• Deliver scalable platform services within AWS Cloud to support enterprise-wide digital initiatives
• Partner with business units to enable seamless access to the BI platform hosted in AWS
• Ensure data-driven decision making
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) efforts to evaluate and demonstrate emerging AWS services
• Help accelerate cloud adoption and innovation across the organization

Summer Internship – Platform Engineering & Innovation

Director

• Lead Go-to-Market and Commercialization activities in the Product Development and Management organization
• Play an integral role in the execution and delivery of key product initiatives for TCH
• Analyze relevant data to support business and project decision making
• Create and maintain effective project strategies
• Assist the project/program manager to drive execution against strategies
• Obtain, scrub, and analyze product volume and other relevant data
• Create efficiencies in data analysis and presentation through automation and process improvements
• Identify, manage, and report project/program milestones
• Communicate effectively across different departments and levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
• Ascertain key variables and risks across projects/programs
• Support project/program manager in daily execution activities
• Manage the capture and completion of meeting action items and follow-ups

Director, Product Commercialization
