Serve as a trusted partner, advisor and collaborator to Cigna Healthcare Behavioral Health Solutions product and sales teams
Lead development of competitive positioning and differentiated messaging for Behavioral Health Solutions
Develop a strong understanding of buyers’ challenges and position offerings to solve key healthcare challenges
Develop core product content: value proposition presentations, sell sheets, RFP responses, case studies, video, and more
Partner with marketing strategy and execution teams on product launch plans and execution
Design, manage and maintain strategic solutions catalog and client-/customer-oriented KPIs and clinical outcomes
Partner with Marketing Insights CoE, strategy, and field to stay current on competitor developments
Cross-functional/matrix leadership to influence stakeholders and achieve business and marketing objectives
Drive a customer-focused, high-performance modern marketing culture and demonstrate Cigna values
Other assignments as necessary to deliver on enterprise marketing goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
5+ years of marketing or marketing communications experience in both a business to business (B2B) and direct to consumer (DTC) setting
Experience with product marketing launch/maintenance, value propositions, positioning statements, features/benefits, reasons-to-believe
Experience developing KPIs and tracking clinical outcomes
Experience with competitive intelligence to inform messaging
Experience developing core content: capabilities overviews, sell sheets, RFP responses, case studies, video
Ability to translate business objectives into compelling B2B and DTC marketing content and messages
Ability to influence direction and action; build and leverage internal relationships
Cross functional/matrix management experience and ability to create accountability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strategic mindset and customer focus
Cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented, resourceful, adaptable, able to work under pressure on multiple priorities
Ability to work from a Cigna Group office 3 days a week, as directed by the business
