About the role

  • Act as a Business Product Owner (BPO) for automation initiatives, owning business intent, scope, prioritization, and delivery outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business, operational, and regulatory requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Make informed trade‑off decisions balancing scope, risk, timelines, and business value
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams
  • Function as a Technical Product Owner (TPO), collaborating closely with developers, architects, and QA
  • Support solution design by providing functional and technical input aligned to system architecture
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release readiness, and production validation activities
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers across teams
  • Support testing, defect triage, and post‑release validation to ensure solution quality
  • Develop and maintain high‑quality functional and technical documentation
  • Document business rules, data mappings, automation logic, and system behaviors
  • Ensure documentation supports development, QA, operations, audit, and long‑term maintainability
  • Provide day‑to‑day oversight of offshore development and administrative consulting resources
  • Assign and prioritize work to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, product ownership, or related technical roles
  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data mapping, and business rules
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation
