About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI developers, data analysts, and analytics engineers; manage performance and career growth
  • Accountable for delivery outcomes, quality, and adherence to analytics standards
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Translate business objectives into an analytics delivery roadmap
  • Ensure consistent delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
  • Provide leadership on complex initiatives across business and technology
  • Oversee development of analytics using Tableau and enterprise platforms
  • Ensure insights are executive-ready with clear narratives and recommendations
  • Guide scalable solution design including data models and KPIs
  • Provide technical oversight using SQL, Python, and PowerShell
  • Partner with Data Engineering and ETL teams
  • Ensure alignment with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco, and Workday
  • Establish standards for data quality, documentation, and testing
  • Act as a senior analytics partner to business leaders
  • Clearly communicate analytics to non-technical audiences
  • Influence across matrixed organizations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience highly desired
  • 8+ years of experience solving business problems through analytics
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for results
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Working knowledge of Python and PowerShell
  • Extensive experience with BI tools, including Tableau
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco
  • Strong understanding of BI architecture, ETL, and analytics engineering
  • Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong executive-level communication skills.
