About the role
- Own operational execution of pricing across CuraScript distribution channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with contracted terms.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Contracting teams to operationalize pricing structures, updates, and amendments.
- Ensure pricing configurations align with membership eligibility, contract logic, and downstream billing and reimbursement workflows.
- Lead controls and validation processes to prevent pricing leakage, margin erosion, or downstream revenue disruption.
- Lead end-to-end vendor chargeback operations, including eligibility validation, submission accuracy, dispute resolution, and recovery timeliness.
- Ensure tight alignment between membership data, pricing eligibility, and chargeback qualification.
- Own operational readiness for audits, compliance reviews, and vendor inquiries related to chargebacks and pricing eligibility.
- Identify and mitigate root causes of chargeback denials, under-recoveries, and process breakdowns.
- Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream processes, partner with Finance and Technology on reconciliation and controls, and drive continuous improvement to reduce revenue leakage and manual rework.
- Lead and develop Directors, Senior Managers, and high-impact individual contributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management, pricing operations, chargebacks, or pharmacy operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex financial workflows with material revenue impact.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills spanning Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Technology.
