About the role

  • Coordinate the delivery of features and smaller-scale epics within a single Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with business objectives and readiness plans.
  • Lead or support readiness activities such as business impact assessments, training plans, communications, UAT coordination, and business checkouts.
  • Work with Agile teams and stakeholders to track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of change.
  • Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script alignment, resource coordination, and reporting.
  • Document operational design decisions, identify business process changes, and assess the impact on end users.
  • Maintain delivery artefacts such as RAID logs, readiness checklists, and status reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and support the adoption of Agile and Lean practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project/change delivery, preferably in a regulated or complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery models (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Experience supporting UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
