About the role
- Coordinate the delivery of features and smaller-scale epics within a single Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with business objectives and readiness plans.
- Lead or support readiness activities such as business impact assessments, training plans, communications, UAT coordination, and business checkouts.
- Work with Agile teams and stakeholders to track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of change.
- Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
- Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script alignment, resource coordination, and reporting.
- Document operational design decisions, identify business process changes, and assess the impact on end users.
- Maintain delivery artefacts such as RAID logs, readiness checklists, and status reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and support the adoption of Agile and Lean practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project/change delivery, preferably in a regulated or complex environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience supporting UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
