About the role
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Oversee final deployment and delivery of project outcomes to customers
- Support initial post‑deployment maintenance phases to ensure solution stability and functionality
- Identify potential project risks and issues proactively
- Develop and implement mitigation and prevention strategies
- Resolve issues as they arise to keep projects on track
- Monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables
- Track project budgets and financial performance
- Provide regular, clear status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks
- Develop and manage cutover strategies to support smooth transitions and go‑live activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Associate degree may be considered with equivalent experience
- 10+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in a large operations environment
- 10+ years of experience working on technical projects, including working knowledge of IT organizations and resource estimation processes
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish credibility with business users and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive team results and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Experience with prioritization, developing project timelines, and building business cases
- Ability to quickly learn business processes, identify key stakeholders, and anticipate potential obstacles
- Working knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment preferred
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Exceptional organizational and facilitation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
