About the role

  • Own and elevate relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Guide clients in optimizing split‑billing and contract pharmacy programs
  • Develop and execute account‑specific strategies
  • Analyze program results and deliver clear insights and recommendations
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve data anomalies
  • Lead structured business reviews and ongoing communications
  • Serve as the program training expert
  • Document client activity, projects, and outcomes using Salesforce
  • Support special initiatives and strategic projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, technical support, or SaaS client‑facing roles
  • Demonstrated expertise analyzing data and troubleshooting complex client issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred, not required)
