About the role
- Own and elevate relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Guide clients in optimizing split‑billing and contract pharmacy programs
- Develop and execute account‑specific strategies
- Analyze program results and deliver clear insights and recommendations
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve data anomalies
- Lead structured business reviews and ongoing communications
- Serve as the program training expert
- Document client activity, projects, and outcomes using Salesforce
- Support special initiatives and strategic projects
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, technical support, or SaaS client‑facing roles
- Demonstrated expertise analyzing data and troubleshooting complex client issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities
- Strong customer focus with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred, not required)
