About the role
- Operates as a trusted advisor, integrator, and execution partner to the President and Allegiance Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Design and implement management operating system including annual planning, goal-setting, KPIs, and performance management.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and other functions to ensure alignment between strategy and performance outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem solving and resolve any friction.
- Represent the President and Allegiance in select enterprise forums and initiatives.
Requirements
- High School or GED required, Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, Chief of Staff, including 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success working directly with senior executives in highly matrixed environments.
- Strong business and financial acumen; ability to connect strategy to operating and financial outcomes.
- Experience building and running management processes, operating cadences, and performance frameworks.
- Healthcare or complex, regulated industry experience preferred.
