- Ensures clients and patients receive superior service
- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Responsible for client benefit requests, including changes and escalated issues
- Lead client focused team meetings to review operational performance
- Presentation of operational performance metrics to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 11+ years of experience
- 5+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability managing projects
- Ability to work cross-functionally
