About the role
- Lead the Operations Testing team for Strategy, Testing Center of Excellence, and Vendor team
- Oversee vendor relationships, manage vendor performance, and resolve vendor issues
- Develop and implement testing strategy for new products and services
- Establish performance metrics, regularly evaluate vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee the Operations Testing Center of Excellence and implement best practices, testing standards, methodologies, and processes
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and organizational policies
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and build bench strength; develop future leaders and individual contributors
- Drive accountability through performance management, metrics tracking, and timely defect resolution
- Analyze data to identify trends, eliminate waste, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with other leaders and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
- Create and deliver processes and best practices for new client implementation and standard benefit and clinical changes
- Proactively identify and solve complex problems, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and challenge the status quo
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven management experience preferred
- Passionate leader with a desire to drive transformational change preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and drive multiple priorities simultaneously preferred
- Proven experience in vendor relationship management and strategic development preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilization to drive operational improvements required
- Financial acumen a plus
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to effectively work within a complex, matrix environment preferred
- Create a culture and team dynamic to maximize a team environment required
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and some travel requirements required
- Ability to travel overnight up to 20% preferred
- If working at home occasionally or permanently, internet connection must be cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
