About the role

  • Lead the client MAC pricing and Specialty pricing methodologies
  • Drive enhancements to pricing methodologies by partnering with matrix partners
  • Own the end-to-end modeling and operational implementation of discount performance guarantees
  • Direct the design, execution, and performance management of drug pricing strategies
  • Present impact of various client pricing strategies to Pharmacy Finance, Sales, Product and Pricing leadership
  • Create a supportive team environment that emphasizes learning and continual improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Information Management or related field strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Experience with data analysis, data management, process management and/or Pharmacy preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed – likely 1 week/quarter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Office suite; experience with R, Databricks, Python, data management tools a plus
