About the role
- Lead the client MAC pricing and Specialty pricing methodologies
- Drive enhancements to pricing methodologies by partnering with matrix partners
- Own the end-to-end modeling and operational implementation of discount performance guarantees
- Direct the design, execution, and performance management of drug pricing strategies
- Present impact of various client pricing strategies to Pharmacy Finance, Sales, Product and Pricing leadership
- Create a supportive team environment that emphasizes learning and continual improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Information Management or related field strongly preferred
- 8+ years of financial analysis experience
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Experience with data analysis, data management, process management and/or Pharmacy preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed – likely 1 week/quarter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Office suite; experience with R, Databricks, Python, data management tools a plus
