Create and maintain technical roadmaps, blueprints, and standards for complex, large-scale systems
Guide development and engineering teams in adopting best practices, modern frameworks (e.g., Azure, AI/ML), and CI/CD tools
Design secure, resilient, and scalable solutions (e.g., microservices, cloud-native applications)
Act as a subject matter expert, partnering with business teams to translate needs into actionable technical requirements
Enforce compliance with architectural standards, manage technical debt, and drive performance improvements through retrospectives
Provide guidance to junior architects and engineers to bridge knowledge gaps

Requirements

5+ years' experience in IT architecture, software design, or infrastructure
3+ years' in a lead role
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), microservices, API management, and database technologies
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to think strategically
Ability to influence cross-functionals for positive outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field highly desired
