About the role

  • Create and maintain technical roadmaps, blueprints, and standards for complex, large-scale systems
  • Guide development and engineering teams in adopting best practices, modern frameworks (e.g., Azure, AI/ML), and CI/CD tools
  • Design secure, resilient, and scalable solutions (e.g., microservices, cloud-native applications)
  • Act as a subject matter expert, partnering with business teams to translate needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Enforce compliance with architectural standards, manage technical debt, and drive performance improvements through retrospectives
  • Provide guidance to junior architects and engineers to bridge knowledge gaps

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in IT architecture, software design, or infrastructure
  • 3+ years' in a lead role
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), microservices, API management, and database technologies
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to influence cross-functionals for positive outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field highly desired
