About the role

  • Lead strategic formulary development and execution of Express Scripts standard commercial formulary offerings
  • Evaluate financial models for optimum formulary value within clinical guidance
  • Work cross-functionally with Pharma Contracting, Sales & Account Management, and Finance
  • Innovate and support strategies around emerging formulary trends
  • Represent the team internally and externally during client meetings and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred
  • Current U.S. Pharmacist License
  • At least 10 years of working in the pharmacy environment with at least 5 years of significant formulary management/development experience
  • Strong people leadership experience
  • Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry
  • Advanced problem solving skills
  • Technology proficiency including Microsoft Office, WebEx
