About the role
- Achieve sales objectives across St. Louis, MO through strategic territory planning.
- Interpret prescribing and market data to guide territory strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Engage oncology offices with high quality educational interactions that promote exceptional patient care.
- Meet productivity expectations for customer engagement, reach, and frequency.
- Manage account planning, sales strategy development, and call documentation in Salesforce.
- Complete all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
- Attend internal and industry events to strengthen relationships and represent Accredo.
- Travel overnight as needed (approximately 5–10 nights per month).
Requirements
- Residence in the St. Louis market is required.
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty markets.
- Experience calling on physicians or advanced practice providers within a specialty therapy environment.
- Strong understanding of managed care, specialty pharmacy operations, and reimbursement processes.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable territory strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
