About the role
- Define and execute the wholesale strategy while driving operational excellence
- Lead the implementation of wholesale initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Technology, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of wholesale programs
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess program impact and identify improvement opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on strategy execution and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within wholesale, distribution, or healthcare operations
- Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional project and program management skills
- Expertise in operational execution, governance, and change management
- Advanced financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis
- Ability to travel up to 50%
