Translate business goals into clear network roadmaps
Build, develop, and inspire a team of senior network engineers through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities
Partner with senior IT and business leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex initiatives
Ensure high levels of network availability through proactive lifecycle management
Guide the design and execution of WAN, LAN, and wireless solutions
Oversee vendor selection and relationships
Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress
Encourage innovation by empowering the team to bring forward new ideas

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience supporting enterprise network or infrastructure teams
Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex technology projects
Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise networking technologies such as routing and switching, wireless, MPLS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing, and network access controls.
Practical experience with protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, DNS, and related technologies.
Proven ability to set direction, make informed decisions, and guide teams through complex technical challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience supporting distributed enterprise networks at scale.
Background in both engineering and operational network environments.
Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions.
Relevant IT or networking certifications.
