About the role

Retain assigned book of business
Educate & consistently advance the knowledge of pharmacy within the Cigna medical sales organization
Participate in client meetings and presentations to review client performance
Offer and successfully sell in a suite pharmacy management programs and solutions
Uncover and promote opportunities to expand the pharmacy earnings contribution
Partner with medical sales, underwriting and other teams as the pharmacy subject matter expert
Coordinate core service delivery external messaging
Facilitate service concern resolution meetings with clients and brokers
Analyze pharmacy utilization in order to provide clients with consultative solutions

Bachelor's degree required
5 + years' experience in PBM supporting client expectations
Experience with consultative client management methodologies
Proven ability to manage thru a renewal independently minimal supervision
Ability to work through the organizational processes needed to support clients (e.g. clinical in nature, exceptions, etc.)
Operational understanding and competence with PBM business model
Understanding the financial and pricing strategy of PBM
Technical skills using all Microsoft programs
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time with little or no advance notice
