About the role
- Lead initiatives to optimize order-to-cash processes within SAP
- Define and lead business requirements for SAP sales order management
- Implement automation to minimize manual intervention and improve operational efficiency
- Gather requirements for SAP sales order lifecycle management
- Monitor KPIs for order accuracy, cycle time, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with IT, finance, and supply chain teams for seamless integration
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of SAP product management experience required
- Knowledge of SAP modules strongly preferred
- Strong logic, deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, including group presentation experience
- Basic financial analysis skills; experience with regulatory compliance a plus
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in complex situations
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry preferred
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL) is a strong plus.
