About the role

  • Champion the development and execution of large-scale, cross-functional business projects
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape project priorities and investment decisions
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve coordinated execution
  • Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and implement solutions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Serve as the central point of contact for executives and stakeholders
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 3–6 direct reports
  • Identify and champion opportunities to enhance project methodologies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex business, operational, or transformational projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in interpreting data, financial models, and KPIs
  • High adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 25%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
  • Experience operating within a complex, matrixed organization.
