About the role
- Professionally communicate with internal and external customers
- Educate customers and Employee Services on Cigna programs
- Pull and analyze call/claim data to identify trends
- Coordinate Cigna resources for customers with complex needs

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, advanced degree preferred
- 2+ years of success delivering customer and producer communications required
- 3+ years of experience with Cigna benefits, products, and services preferred
- Proven ability to influence key decision-makers
- Strong analytical skills
