About the role
- Conduct targeted diagnostics, process analysis, and quantitative assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Lead rapid diagnostics across processes, functions, and value streams.
- Analyze data related to cost, volume, cycle time, demand, rework, and capacity.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify drivers of inefficiency and complexity.
- Support opportunity sizing and prioritization.
- Document current-state processes using advanced process mapping techniques.
- Identify handoffs, pain points, redundancies, and control gaps.
- Initiate development of future-state process designs under senior guidance.
- Create process documentation and artifacts.
- Create more complex analyses, summaries, and visuals to drive recommendations.
- Help translate analytical findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
- Lead re-engineering initiatives through execution and implementation phases.
- Track actions, milestones, and risks related to process changes.
- Participate in working sessions, workshops, and on-site diagnostics as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or program management related roles preferred
- Experience in Finance, Operations, or Corporate Functions preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency working with data, spreadsheets, BI tools and presentations
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in leading process mapping or improvement work
- Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement concepts
