About the role
- Overseeing the performance and development of assigned clinical teams
- Providing day-to-day leadership to ensure nursing services are delivered safely, efficiently,
- Partnering closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders to support clinical operations
- Driving quality initiatives and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Championing team culture and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment
- Overseeing department teams and guiding daily operations
- Providing valuable input for departmental budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinating and delivering targeted education and training programs
- Engaging with diverse teams across MDLIVE
- Maintaining responsibility for all aspects of Nursing Department operations
Requirements
- RN or above
- Five years prior experience as a registered nurse working in an outpatient setting (e.g. Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room) and/or related Telehealth environment
- Management operating experience commensurate with the position, with a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory nurse experience
- Experience in quality, process improvement projects, or project management preferred
- Product/IT experience with proprietary IT system development preferred
- Must be a strong leader and can work independently/run operations with minimal supervision.
