About the role
- Lead intelligence and due diligence activities to support strategic decision-making
- Lead annual strategic planning cycles for clinical strategy
- Engage matrix partners to socialize and build support for clinical initiatives
- Drive rapid-turnaround development of executive deliverables
- Create and iterate on high-impact presentations, analyses, and briefing documents
- Ensure seamless operational activation of strategic plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy
- Minimum of 4 years in a clinical setting (e.g., hospital, outpatient clinic)
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical strategy, provider engagement, and healthcare innovation
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
- Extensive experience developing executive- and board-level presentations
- Proven ability to deliver creative solutions to complex challenges
- Strong financial acumen and experience with business case development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
