About the role

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Expand referral opportunities
  • Support patients transitioning into specialty pharmacy services
  • Drive sales effectiveness within the assigned territory
  • Facilitate communication and provide timely information to support transition of patients to the pharmacy
  • Utilize CRM to identify priority accounts and document activity
  • Maintain consistent call cycle for proactive follow-up and detailed communication
  • Collaborate with Operations and internal teams for coordinated messaging
  • Build relationships with pharmaceutical partners
  • Assist with gathering required documentation and navigating benefit information
  • Manage regional budget responsibilities
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conventions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare sales
  • May substitute bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret territory reports
  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, IVIG, neurology, immunology, and transplant therapies
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel as needed
