About the role
- Lead cross-functional programs to ensure operational readiness and successful adoption of business changes.
- Drive strategic planning and execution for major initiatives, focusing on measurable outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate readiness assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and post-launch evaluations to continuously improve processes.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to optimize workflows and deliver seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion change management practices that foster engagement and resilience across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, operational readiness, or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related discipline (preferred).
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and partnering with IT leaders (preferred).
- Familiarity with financial tracking tools and performance monitoring for large-scale projects (preferred).
