About the role

Lead EPIC EMR conversion projects for health systems, focusing on infusion services
Serve as the primary consultant and trusted advisor to health system leadership
Design and implement best practices that optimize infusion workflows and project success
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Facilitate collaboration across technical, clinical, and operational teams to achieve strategic goals
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Communicate progress, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Travel up to 50% monthly to support client engagements and project delivery

8+ years of experience in Admissions/Revenue Cycle with EPIC EMR implementations
Healthcare industry experience, specifically in infusion services
Proven success managing complex EMR projects with measurable outcomes
Strong understanding of EPIC modules and workflows, especially infusion care
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology preferred
EPIC certification(s) preferred
Consulting experience with health systems and infusion companies preferred
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
