About the role
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the enterprise Business Continuity Strategy
- Drive awareness and understanding of Business Continuity planning and preparedness across the organization
- Maintain assigned Incident Response and Business Continuity Plans annually
- Lead training and provide guidance to Plan Coordinators
- Build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor, identify, and report incidents or emerging regional and global threats
- Support incident/crisis response coordination
- Facilitate Business Continuity tabletop exercises and work area recovery drills
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses
- Assist with third-party risk assessments related to Business Continuity
- Create and execute notifications in the emergency notification system
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the Business Continuity Program
- Support completion of third-party audit requests and questionnaires
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates related to Business Continuity Management
Requirements
- 3 plus years experience in Business Continuity
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
