Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in content architecture, content strategy, or CMS modeling, with expertise in enterprise-scale implementations and headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful).
Proven ability to set and execute content architecture strategy at enterprise scale, influencing executive stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of structured content, metadata frameworks, and AI integration for digital experiences.
Expertise in generative AI frameworks and spec-driven development, with a track record of delivering prototypes.
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and personalization platforms.
Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management, including regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence at all levels.
