About the role
- Handle 25-30 calls (IB & OB)
- Ensure process efficiency – Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications.
- Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
- Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including Shipping, insurance, and payment information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or GED required
- Relevant experience or a willingness to learn
- Must reside in the State of Arizona
- Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification is required
- Valid Arizona State pharmacy technician license is required
- Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills
- Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working prescriptions claims and knowledge of rejections helpful.
