About the role
- Oversee incoming request tracking and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-through.
- Manage and update weekly scorecards to monitor productivity, SLA adherence, and workload complexity.
- Serve as the first escalation point for order tracking, backlogs, and delays across key accounts.
- Support leadership in identifying capacity gaps and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Admins, and Analysts to align tasks with client expectations.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and help establish standard operating procedures for consistency.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and reporting to enhance visibility and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or order management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-step workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to lead without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Business Objects.
- Experience mentoring peers or supporting team development initiatives.
