About the role
- Review, clean, and standardize provider names and addresses in all claim files related to Dental and Vision services.
- Ensure files meet formatting standards for both new and existing businesses.
- Prepare and deliver claim files for analyst processing at least two business days before their scheduled due date.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in data formatting to reduce errors.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and respond promptly to urgent or expedited file requests.
- Assist with report generation and processing as needed to support team deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Experience with healthcare data systems such as Facets, QNXT, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy standards related to healthcare data handling.
- Analytical skills to interpret data trends, identify inconsistencies, and support data quality improvements.
- Experience with data tools such as SQL, Access, or visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and recommend workflow enhancements.
- General knowledge of healthcare operations, especially dental and vision benefits, provider networks, and claims lifecycle.
