About the role
- Focus and help manage the client data delivery process.
- Provide accurate and complete data for client deliverables.
- Ensure timely data delivery according to the schedule.
- Perform initial root cause and quality control analysis on client deliverables.
- Help create and maintain ongoing data surveillance process.
- Assist with new client onboarding and define the format/schedule for data delivery.
- Setup appropriate data delivery methods (e.g., SFTP, S3, Snowflake).
- Troubleshoot data delivery issues, identifying root causes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years plus of healthcare analytics experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools (SQL, Python) and data warehousing (Databricks) preferred.
- Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation.
