About the role
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations for the FEHRM program, primarily using Power BI.
- Collaborate in an integrated team environment to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collect, clean, and normalize data through regular engagement with program stakeholders.
- Present dashboards to teammates and government staff, incorporating feedback to improve usability and impact.
- Implement advanced dashboard development methods such as automated data ingestion and transformation, while also applying simpler approaches when appropriate.
- Support documentation, quality assurance, and version control of all developed dashboards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in data visualization, analytics, or related technical roles
- Strong understanding of data sourcing, analysis, and visualization best practices
- Proficient in Power BI and experienced in building data models, visualizations, and reports
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Master’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or a related scientific, technical, or clinical field (an additional 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements)
