About the role
- Under the direction of the Area HR Operations Manager, liaise with employees across the area (Mongolia and other countries) and make necessary adjustments to resolve HR‑related matters.
- Administer HR policies and support/lead compliance efforts with local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare, submit, and maintain documents required by government agencies.
- Process employee job record updates (promotions, position updates, etc.).
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, onboarding worthiness checks, preparing offer letters, provisioning requests, and related tasks.
- Facilitate compensation/benefits‑related activities such as compensation coaching, promotions, and in‑line salary adjustments.
- Create and deliver workforce communications for the area.
- Support workforce relations activities, including basic investigations and dispute resolution.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned
Requirements
- Hold a current temple recommend (required)
- 6 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and progress toward/completion of a relevant bachelor’s degree or industry-recognized certification.
- Solid working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices with a compliance mindset.
- Ability to effectively use HR systems and other technology tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mongolian.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service using well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
