About the role

Query, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.

5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field — Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or a similar discipline.
Proven ability to present data-driven insights to senior leaders and influence strategy.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one statistical or scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive audiences.
Preferred: Familiarity with organizational data structures and stewardship models.
Preferred: Background in experience design or user-centered analytics.
Preferred: Experience mentoring or coaching others in data storytelling and executive communication.
Preferred: Naturally curious and passionate about uncovering insights that drive impact.
Preferred: Comfortable navigating both technical and strategic conversations.
Preferred: Track record of executive presence and leading discussions with directors and senior stakeholders.
Preferred: Willingness to grow into a hybrid role if not already fully developed in both technical and strategic areas.
Requirement: Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
