About the role
- Assist in the creation of content and the management of marketing communication channels such as email while working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all channels including email, notifications, mobile push, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders to gather content for marketing communications such as the email newsletter.
- Develop lifecycle-focused plans to support division and organizational campaigns (such as “Light the World”).
- Manage channel(s) including creation of content calendar, execution of sends, and performance reports.
- Assist in collecting and reviewing user feedback.
- Report on performance of campaigns, content, etc.
- Write copy for marketing communications that clearly and concisely articulates a cohesive message across several channels including email, SMS, and notifications.
Requirements
- Working towards or recently finished a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communication.
- Education or work experience with marketing tools such as Braze
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (able to communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
- Excellent attention to detail and great organizational skills.
