About the role
- Build weekly/monthly dashboards and ad-hoc reports in Adobe Analytics; compile Clarity heatmaps/session insights; surface 3–5 actionable takeaways per cycle.
- Monitor key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion), set simple benchmarks, and flag anomalies or issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to turn findings into recommendations for content and UX; track impact of shipped changes.
- Update and add content; investigate and identify errors; help build new web pages.
- Write, edit, and proof content (text, photos, videos) across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with marketing team members, developers, and operations to draft, review, and publish pages.
- Learn and uphold brand, WCAG accessibility, and website standards.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, charts; pivots a plus) and summarizing data for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Clarity or similar platforms.
- Professionalism, responsibility, initiative; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, dependable; effective both on a team and independently.
- Experience with WordPress, Brightspot, or another CMS.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace) and/or Microsoft Clarity.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (optional) and SEO fundamentals.
- Exposure to A/B testing/CRO concepts.
- Coursework or focus in Communications, Web Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or Data/Business Analytics.
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
