About the role
- Responsible for coordinating The Christ Hospital Physician division patient financial service department efforts.
- Perform a wide variety of functions within the professional revenue cycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within designated area of responsibility.
- Act as a first line of communication between staff and department managers.
- Coordinate team meetings, assignments, and team building.
Requirements
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Post secondary and CRCR certification preferred.
- YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years experience in professional revenue cycle with a large multi-specialty group practice or health system.
- REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Excellent computer skills, to include word processing, spreadsheet and database management. Ability to work under intense pressure and adaptable to change. Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness are essential.
