- Leading the end-to-end pre-employment process with organization and precision
- Serving as the go-to resource for new hires
- Explaining HR policies, benefits, and procedures clearly and confidently
- Managing electronic documentation with accuracy and compliance
- Preparing key personnel reports and updates
- Entering credentials into EMR systems and generating reports
- Continuously improving onboarding processes based on feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least one year of HR experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EMR systems
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
