About the role
- Managing 4–6 field reps (routing, accountability, coaching)
- Running morning huddles + daily scoreboard
- Ensuring reps execute: company leads + door knocking
- Quality control: photos, notes, paperwork, contingency uploads
- No-show recovery + reschedule discipline
- Keeping the team on standard: 15 roofs per rep in the first 30 days, expectation
