Requirements
- Valid SPCB Branch 2 and 3 license
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or related advanced degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Service Management role
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Verifiable references
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
