Platform Engineer

• Build Digital Infrastructure & Workflow Automation
• Design and implement business process automation for compliance delivery workflows (e.g., payroll processing, contract generation, regulatory reporting)

• Collaborate with the CEO to execute and advance the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment across departments and functions.
• Translate the vision into actionable plans, initiatives, and metrics, and communicate that vision to the company and externally as needed.
• Lead the annual strategic planning process along with the CEO and members of the management team.
• Drive operational efficiency in line with strategic value creation initiatives and growth goals by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Partner with business unit leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive technology and automation enablement agenda across the core client services business.

• Hold P&L accountability for his/her assigned region leading a management team of Practice Administrators and staff; manages revenue growth, operations, labor management, contract management and clinical outcomes

Analyst

• Support candidate development and the full recruiting lifecycle for roles and programs across the Brydon ecosystem, including the CEO-in-Residence program, functional leadership roles, and board positions.
• Proactively source and identify high quality applicants for roles across the Brydon ecosystem.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and explain open roles across the portfolio.
• Organize and monitor active applicant pipelines, communicating with candidates across different interview stages.
• Own and continuously improve talent tools, systems and processes including ATS, CRM, AI-enabled tools, compensation benchmarking, job description templates, and interview resources.
• Orchestrate and lead logistics and coordination for virtual interviews.
• Handle outreach and engagement with prospective candidates and act as a first point of contact for talent programs and open roles.
• Research trends in the talent market and competitors to propose improvements.
• Drive proactive outreach and communication to potential talent pools and promote events and opportunities across portfolio companies.

Talent Analyst

• Serve as Chief Financial Officer reporting directly to the CEO and lead the Company’s Finance function
• Build financial and operational infrastructure to support programmatic M&A, organic growth, and long-term sustainability
• Implement best-practice controllership and financial management; streamline the monthly close process
• Implement rigorous cash flow forecasting and improve internal spend and cash controls
• Lead and execute integration of add-on acquisitions, including finance systems, AMS, HR and centralized cash management

• ABOUT US: The Brydon Group is a Washington D.C.-based private equity firm that partners with mid-career executives to acquire B2B, B2G, and healthcare software and services businesses.
• As an Analyst you will play a key role in firm's deal origination strategy, working closely with Managing Partners, Director of Business Development, and CEOs-in-Residence to identify, qualify, and advance investment opportunities.
• Deal Origination: Draft, support, and execute outreach to North American intermediaries; manage relationships with investment bankers; manage deal platforms; identify new brokers/banks and vertical relationships.
• Best Practices Training: Support logistics, planning, and execution for sales training content; refine training programs; work with Hubspot consultants; prepare and maintain training materials.
• Sourcing Technology & Operations: Lead CRM and sales tech stack management; manage outsourced list building teams and data hygiene; analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach; lead intern program recruiting and management.

Sourcing Analyst

Accountant

• Reports to the CFO and will play a critical role in the firm’s growth and success.
• Managing fund accounting operations and serving as a point of contact with the fund administrator, including overseeing capital call activity, distributions, and quarterly and annual fund financial statements and reporting
• Supporting investment activity (deal closings and realizations)
• Ensuring compliance with credit facility requirements
• Coordinating investment valuations
• Helping to manage the audit process and providing timely support to independent auditors
• Reviewing quarterly financial statements and capital account statements
• Overseeing annual federal and state tax compliance (in coordination with external preparers)
• Assisting with the preparation of regulatory filings and related compliance reporting
• Supporting the CCO with compliance testing and documentation, including coordination with external compliance consultants

Fund Accountant

• Research and build targeted company lists within healthcare IT, healthcare SaaS, vertical SaaS, and tech-enabled services sectors.
• Support CEOs-in-Residence (CIRs) in developing and executing outreach campaigns to prospective acquisition targets.
• Track and manage outreach activity and responses within Brydon’s CRM and outreach tools.
• Draft and refine outreach communications to prospective business owners and executives.
• Analyze sourcing data and surface insights to improve targeting and outreach effectiveness.
• Work closely with assigned CIRs to align sourcing activity with sector priorities.
• Provide regular updates on outreach status, pipeline progression, and responses.
• Anticipate CIR needs and proactively prepare materials and information to advance discussions with target companies.
• Leverage Brydon’s sourcing technology and CRM systems while not being responsible for managing those tools.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership in a hands-on, fast-paced sourcing role.
